All Roadrunner Fitness programs begin with a free consultation. We’ll use this time to review and clarify your goals, to discuss your previous exercise experience, your exercise preferences, your general health, and your availability in terms of scheduling.
Should you decide to commit to some sessions—be it one, ten, or fifty—we proceed to an assessment. The assessment begins with a questionnaire to give us a clearer picture of your health, habits, and exercise preferences. If you’ll need a medical release to proceed, that’s when we’ll find out. There’s a couple of additional forms that need to be filled out, too: Informed Consent, Release of Liability, etc.
Once the paperwork’s done, we move on to the physics: body circumference, body fat, posture, balance, flexibility, strengths and weaknesses... The assessment gives us a strong base from which to build and exercise plan made especially for you.
This first session—the consultation, and the assessment should you decide to proceed, takes 60 to 90 minutes, and is done at no cost to you. The real fun begins with the second session: EXERCISE!
All personal data and discussions with your RRF* personal trainer will be safeguarded and not disclosed without your express written consent or acknowledgement. Roadrunner Fitness protects the confidentiality of all their clients’ information, such as contact data, medical records, health history, progress notes, and meeting details.
